Qualification :

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• max 35 years old

• Able to work with MS Excel

• Able to communicate in English

• Detail-oriented, hardworking, can work in a team, have good interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner, and proactive.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing B2B,B2C, Ecommerce in the Skin care / beauty field.

• Able to work under pressure (targetted oriented)

• Placework in the office in lebak bulus south jakarta.

Job Description

•   Make plans and sales reports daily / weekly / monthly that are reported to the Sales Manager.

•   Evaluate the results of each work carried out, if it does not reach the target, immediately find a solution with the sales manager.

•   Work to achieve targets and even exceed the targets given by the company.

•   Conduct market demand activities in accordance with the products handled

•   Build professional relationships with key personnel in handling customers.

•   Responsible for payment collection.

•   Identify and report potential sales growth opportunities and factors which could influence local marketing plans and objectives.

•   Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

•   Establish strong business relationships with customer and develop value relationships with potential clients to expand business.   

•   Creating Marketing PLan for both online and offline.

•     Event organizing.

•      Digital Advertisement including IG Ads, platform on site ADs

•     Simple PR & Communication
