DESCRIPTION

Create work plan related to HR&GS activity to ensure that all activity with teh company targets.
Coordination related to sosialization and implementation HR&GS procedures
Make Manpower Planning in accordance with the needs and conditions of the organization, as well as monitor and evaluate the implementation of its fullfillment.
Propose recommendation and develop policies according to the needs of the company.
Monitor and evaluate the implementation HR&GS polices
Monitor and evaluate attendance data for all groups, calculations, payment and financial administration.
Monitor and evaluate of salary proposalsn and ensure availability of accurate review result.
ensuring that the coaching system in the form of reward and/or punishment is a implementation properly according to company rules.
Monitor and evaluate employees who resign.
Monitor and evaluate implementation and audit ISO 9001, ISO 14001 an OHSAS 18001 to ensure implementation.
