The role of Finance Executive supports Accounting Manager with financial task related to the administration of Accounts Payable, Account Receivable including Credit Control Management and Cash and Bank.

The role requires the capability to oversee the overall accounting process, financial reporting, perform necessary internal control and improve the overall finance process to be more efficient.

Job Responsibility:

Account Payable Management

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice data entry
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase order, invoices, employee expenses, statements and clearing all payments on the ERP system
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance
• Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports including Account Payable Aging, Good Received and Purchase Order Aging, DPO, etc and its movement from month to month.
• Perform internal control and identify any risks and opportunities in process improvement.

Cash and Bank Management

• Prepare and monitor Actual and Forecast Cash Flow Report, and to ensure the forecast accuracy in meeting the target.
• Provide variance analysis about the Cash Flow forecast deviation vs. actual.
• Monitoring and ensuring all vendor payments are executed as on schedule.
• Maintain, dealing and providing underlying documents for Forex transaction
• Controlling Petty Cash
• Complete month-end reconciliation for all cash/bank accounts
• Provide all report related to Bank Central Indonesia
• Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues

AR Management

• Monitoring Credit Limit, Bank Guarantee and Distributor Financing coverage and take care of the extension of all payment guarantee.
• Ensure the credit control policy is adhered to.
• Review and identify credit and collection risk areas for improvement in credit control process.
• Produce periodical aging report for management.

Financial close

• Ensure timely close schedule within global/region/company timeline.
• Review and analyze accounting data to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure accurate posting against budget (COA and Cost center)
• Work together with FP&A to ensure budget holder cost tracking is effective.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or banking or management
• Minimum 3 year working experience in finance/accounting/credit control/internal control field, preferably from multi-national company or FMCG.
• Advanced analytical, organization, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload
• Capability in accounting software such as SAP
