PT Izi Data Indonesia has been operating in Indonesia for more than three years with licences from OJK.

We are specializing in helping our clients to manage their credit risk.

We integrate many types of alternative consumer data and we also provide professional credit scoring service.

Responsibilities:

1.     Manage end-to-end recruitment process and administration

2.     Responsible for employee work contracts / agreements

3.     Responsible and monitor employee attendance, sick leave, employee’s leave, and over time

4.     Maintain and handling employee’s database and documents

5.     Handle administrative process related to BPJS

Requirements:

1.     Minimum 1 years of experience in the related field is a must

2.     Have good communication and interpersonal skills

3.     Understand with Indonesian labor law and policy

4.     Detail oriented, good analytical thinking and problem-solving skill

5.     Fluent in English, both written and verbal, able to speak in Mandarin is a plus

6.     Experienced in designing and creating human resource policies and regulations from zero will be preferred

Salary will be adjusted according to the applicant's ability and experience
