Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable about the company’s product and services. 
• Lobbying and creating projects from zero. 
• Follow up leads and maintain patiently and persistently until closing. 
• Manage and prioritize some sales, leads and projects strategically. 
• Build new relationships and maintain existing relationships with customers.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs. 
• Present, promote and sell products and services. 
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and consultative pre-sales skills through communications and presentation delivery to prospects customers and partners. 
• Understanding customers' needs, identifying sales opportunities and help potential customers by performing product assessment to determine how the products can give solution to the customers. 
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements. 
• Achieve individual sales target

Requirements:

• Smart, attractive, and confident.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing and or Engineering background. 
• Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Marketing.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and writing). 
• Proficient skill in using Windows and Microsoft (MS Word, Excel, Power Point). 
• Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Strong professional communication, good written and verbal communication skills, good listening and strong presentation skills. 
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. 
• Service excellence, aggressive, ambitious, and target oriented. 
• Able to work under pressure and irregular working hour. 
• Able to travel in short notice.
