Requirement:

• Minimum Senior High School or Equivalent
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Able to operate computer application
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel spreadsheets
• Have received training and understand the Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB)
• Strong attention to detail

Job Description:

• Handling Production Department
• Prepare Purchase Order Request (POR) form as requested by the Production Manager or Production Supervisor
• Administrative services include photocopying, handover of documents, preparing production ATK, meal requests
• Filing letters, reports and documents related to the Production Department
• Input daily report
• Help to control the stock of office supplies and pantry supplies
• Conducting Process Production Issue Raw Material and Packaging Material (plastic) on SAP
• Prepare applications for permits for goods in/out (BC) processing & RSOP (Request Supplies Office & Pantry) to be submitted
• Make an electronic report on the supervision of the pharmaceutical industry (eWas)
• Prepare Annual Plan & Consummation
• Having commitment to support quality and halal policy in PT. Medifarma Laboratories
