Job Descriptions :

1. Manage end-to-end process of the creative projects

2. Manage team and make sure that all projects run in line and in time

3. Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling Creates social media campaign, including the development of original hashtags, and continuously analyzing marketing metrics to improve campaign performance

4. Planning and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns that will deliver attendees to digital activations and events

5. Implementation of targeted digital activation from website & social media, including organic & paid social media channels to increase followers and drive the reach for digital activation & event

6. Work with team/external vendors to devise a creative campaign and budget

7. Participate in the implementation of some public relations projects

8. Manage & Optimize all content strategy

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major

2. Minimum 7 Years of experiences in same position or have experience at ads agency will be advantage

3. Good in English

4. Excellent written and communication skills

5. Have good knowledge of SEO/SEM

6. Have Experience in content creation and management of social media platforms

7. Creative, Good analytical, and evaluation skills

8. Willing to travel if needed

9. Experience in creating content for the web and growing an audience

10. Ability to write persuasively and communicate your ideas to the reader

11. Ready to Work at PURWAKARTA (hybrid)

12.Ready to work on weekend or public holiday if needed
