Job Descriptions:

• Develop and high-spirited team of sales accounts.
• Collaborate with our Technology team to create top-notch solution proposals, presentations, and pitches for Profesciptas software and hardware products.
• Together with technical team present the presentations that win the pitch
• Spearheading the sales team strategy and operation
• Develop sales plan and monitor the execution. Provide the analysis report to upper management for further recommendation
• Inspire team growth by creating internal sharing mechanism on Technology trend updates

Requirement:

• A people person who love to meet peoples and create engagement
• A hands-on person that leads by example
• Proven work experience as a sales or account manager or senior sales account executive with at least 2 years of experience in the IT industry
• Experience in leading sales team
• Excellent leadership, communication, lobbying, sales, and negotiation skill.
• Attractive, strong self-confidence, and highly motivated.
