What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

• Visit ESB clients’ outlets for documentation, including information on hardware (e.g. hardware brand and OS version) and ISP used.
• Conduct surveys on clients’ operational activities in relation to ESB products.
• Promote and upsell other ESB Products.
• Educate clients to encourage continuous ESB Products usage.
• Ensuring ESB and AyoMakan branding are well placed according to the briefing.
• Conduct surveys on clients’ satisfaction and user experience.
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisors.

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

• High School Diploma, D3, or higher degree.
• Own a motorcycle and valid SIM C.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technology literate, fast learner, and always have a curiosity for new technological knowledge.
• Chatty, witty, enjoy meeting with new people.
