• Schedule management of President Director diaries to ensure the efficient management of executive agenda, diaries, travel, meetings, deadlines, presentations and other duties are carried out seamlessly
• Manage and ensure the needs of all visitors from global or regional teams which include visas, permits, accommodation, transportation, meals.;
• Extensive and detailed travel coordination for co-workers business travel both domestically and internationally;
• Facilitating company events;
• Take part in meetings with stakeholders and assist in presenting issues and solutions both verbally and in writing;
• Use data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively;
• Work with the stakeholders to investigate operational issues and new opportunities, contributing to business process and improvements;
• Produce business analysis deliverables using relevant documentation styles in line with organizational standards and using appropriate tools;
• Assist in defining and justifying (in business terms) holistic solutions that address organizational, people, and process aspects.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree of Statistic, Math or related major
• 1 year experience as business analyst or data analyst
• Delivering a very high level of service
• Being flexible to manage unforeseen events; Multi-tasking and setting priorities
• Working under time pressure, Accuracy; Forethought & own initiative; Pro-active; Self-confident; Team player
• Willing to be placed at Jatiuwung, Tangerang
