General Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree from a well-known university, major in Accounting with GPA Min of 3.00

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same position.

• Solid Understanding of Accounting & Tax Principles and Procedures (Tax, Accounting, and Inventory).

•  Able to make reports & analysis of financial statements.

•  Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse environment.

•  Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills, Accurate in Details, Able to Work Under Pressure.

•  Computer Literate in Microsoft Office with Intermediate or Upper-Level Skills.

•  Excellent leadership and communication skills.

•  Experience in Plantation industry would be a plus

•  Experience as External Auditor would be a plus

Job Description:

•  Manage the financial accounting, reporting (management and statutory reports), month end closing process, reconciliation and consolidation

•  Running the methods, policies, and principles of accounting and taxation that are appropriate.

•  Manage daily accounting activities to ensure compliance, accuracy and completeness of accounting records and transactions and reports in the company •

•  Understand local regulations in accounting

•  Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual report to internal and external reporting

•  Submit monthly and annual financial reports on time.

•  Ensuring the company's annual and monthly tax reporting is carried out in a timely manner.

•  Manage external auditors and statutory reporting requirements

•  Verify and examine the work results of the accounting team, inventory, and tax.

•  Propose and review improvements in accounting, business processes and procedures

improve systems and procedures and take collective actions if needed.
