QUANTITY SURVEYOR – FITOUT

We have a new position requirement for a Quantity Surveyor of Fitout Interior in our Business. This position is an entry level of Fit-out interior construction industry experience and Fit-out interior construction industry cost knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop cost plans for Fit-out interior projects.
• Ability to prepare Bill of Quantities for interior, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing in Fit-out projects
• Ability to review marketplace and update cost data base
• Prepare trade packages and bid analysis
• Able to do calculations and estimates properly
• Ability to develop cost strategy to win specific projects
• Ability to read and understand the Fit-out interior construction and detail drawings
• Able to work quickly and precisely

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience 1 year as Quantity Surveyor for Fit-out projects in a Fit-out construction company
• Qualification in Teknik Ekonomi Konstruksi (Quantity Surveyor) education background
• Have an expert knowledge of QS software systems, i.e. CostX
• Experience and understanding of all Fit-out interior construction project requirements
• Can join as soon as possible
