Get to know the role:

When you act as our First Contact Team you will be the initial voice to introduce Wall Street English to our valued prospective members and the ears to listen to their dreams.

Job Highlight:

• Social; all ears and build a good rapport with our valued prospective members.
• Detailed; maintain records of contacts, accounts and orders.

The day-to-day activities:

• Deliver prepared communication or conversation that describe product or services, in order to persuade prospects or potential customers to come to Wall Street English centers.
• Filter and invite qualified prospects.
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts and orders.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.

The must haves:

• A minimum high school graduate.
• Work Experience: 1 year.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer and internet moderate skill.
• Speak moderate English.
