Deskripsi Pekerjaan


We are looking for a skilled HR Operations who will handle and support the entire employee lifecycle; compensation and benefits, manage and maintain personnel data management, onboarding, offboarding, employee relation and support to develop HR strategies, policies development and enforcement and practices.

Main responsibilities:

1. Process and operational focus – in the form of an administrative expert:

- Accountabilities for compensation and benefits, would be tasked to handle all types of compensation and benefits including insurance, personal benefits, and payroll. Compensation, specifically, would include setting up of structures (salary scale/grading) that would ensure the competitiveness and fairness. Benefits, specifically, would include structuring benefit packages and managing and overseeing staff wellness/benefit initiatives;

- Supporting HRBP to develop HR strategies, policies development and enforcement and practices.

2. Personnel data Management

- Managing and maintaining personnel data management from Job description, CV, Offer Letter, Personal information and personal documents (ID, Tax ID, Bank Account, BPJS), Employee referral, Employee manual acknowledgement receipt, Signed contract, and Exit/Clearance documents.

3. People and operational focus – in the form of employee relations experts:

- Accountabilities for employee relations experts are employee relations, improving relations between staff and employers, maintaining staff relations, and resolving personnel grievances;

- Running orientation and onboarding processes for new hire, would include preparing orientation schedules, onboarding programs, presentations and documents to be read and signed for first day by new hire;

- Accountabilities for Clearance / Exit processes, would include preparing documents to be signed for clearance by the employee; HR Operations

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or business administration;

- Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist;

- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations;

- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits;

- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office;

- Excellent people management skills;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Strong organization skills, able to handle multiple jobs with attention to details;

- Analytical and goal oriented;

- Problem-solving skills;

- Proactive nature.
