Lowongan Customer Industry Relation (Mandarin Speaker) di PT Cfld Tangerang New Industry City Development

Karawang New Industry City (KNIC) is hiring for the role of Customer Relation (Estate) Supervisor!

Responsibilities:

1. Perform follow up payment and cash collection of utilities charge (service, clean watervaste water);

2. Routine coordination with customers, contractors or vendors and assist in English / Mandarin / Bahasa Indonesia communication to help them solve their issues;

3. Maintain good communication and relations with customers include supporting customer for any issues;

4. Monitor customer compliance to estate management rules and remind them if they do not comply;

5. Perform estate management financial report;

6. Review vendor contract, drafting clean and waste water contract for customer, assist in collection and submission contract agreements;

7. Perform a variety of typing duties include compose letters to customer, working application forms and other document, update weekly industrial report.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years experienced in Property / Real Estate developer company;

- Bachelor degree of any related major from reputable University;

- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin (is a must), other languages will be preferable (Japanese/Korean);

- Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;

- Excellent document drafting and data entry skills;

- Good personality and positive attitude (outgoing, organized, thorough and detail oriented);

- Willing to be placed in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
