PT Izi Data Indonesia has been operating in Indonesia for more than three years with licences from OJK.

We are specializing in helping our clients to manage their credit risk.

We integrate many types of alternative consumer data and we also provide professional credit scoring service.

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate overall operational goals and plans: Responsible for the operation and implementation of data products, formulate operational goals and plans, and promote implementation.
2. Operations to improve the usage rate of data products: Responsible for the operation of data products, deeply understand the functions and characteristics of data products, manage and maintain customer relationships, pay attention to daily problems of customers, develop communication skills with customers, and improve the usage rate and income of data products.
3. Establish the product packaging and training system: Responsible for data product packaging, training and publicity, regularly communicate with customers and introduce products.
4. Continuous research and promotion of product optimization: regularly research, collect and evaluate customer needs, answer product questions, and promote continuous improvement of products.
5. During project implementation, monitor product quality, understand customer feedback, and make reasonable analysis and judgment on product feedback data.

Requirements:

1. A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or other technical fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the internet industry.
3. Familiar with P2P, Multi-Finance and other financial products or operating experience is preferred.
4. Capable of project management, sensitive to data, and clear in logic.
5. Strong communication skills, good at understanding customer needs, and can give quick feedback.
6. Fluent in both written and verbal in English, able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.

Salary will be adjusted according to the applicant's ability and experience
