Key Capabilities:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and strategic business acumen, translating to the ability to analyse complex business problem and develop processes and frameworks, including maintain growth and action-oriented mindset to have an impact in a changing environment
• Solid understanding of the finance function, operating models, supporting organization structures, and process best practices
• Highly effective organizational, relationship management skills and excellent communication (written & verbal) skills       
• Strategic planning and organizing, managing multiple competing priorities 
• Agile and comfortable with multi tasks and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and hands-on in Finance day-to-day operation for, including but not limited to order to cash; procure to pay, financial planning and analysis, operational strategy etc
• Collaborate with Accounting Manager and Accounting team
• Liaise with internal and external parties related to finance
• Provide initiatives and support on internal business & process improvement
• Other ad hoc report or analysis as required by management

Key Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related fields
• At least 10 years of working experience in Manufacturing / Industrials / FMCG
• At least 2 years of working experience in financial leadership position
• Preferably having experience working as Consultant, Corporate and/or Investment Banking
• Proven success in driving achievement of financial target and/or improvement projects
