- Responsible in preparing outgoing & incoming payment;
- Responsible in preparing bank reconciliation statement;
- Responsible in preparing forex rate update;
- Responsible checking cash flow update and balance, preparing AR & AP position, and manage monthly fund planning;
- Provide all filling data of treasury related documents;
- Deliver withholding tax slip to Vendors, Customers, Interco, Tax, and Payroll-related;
- Responsible in all direct bank-related process;
- Responsible in all direct tax report submission.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma and above in Finance related fields;
- Strong interpersonal and communicating skill;
- Able to work well both independently as well as in a Team;
- Possess excellent time management and detailed-oriented;
- Minimum 2-3 years related work experience;
- Have high integrity and positive working attitude;
- Proficient in both Bahasa and English.
