The candidate will work under the head of IR and Corpfin under the COO office. This role will require someone who has good interpersonal and analytical skills. Part of the Investor Relations team, the candidate is expected to handle day-to-day operations in IR such as maintaining relations and regular reporting.

Job Description:

  • Maintaining relations, reporting to shareholders, managing other ad-hoc tasks such as fundraising, due diligence, legal matters, etc.
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reports (financial and non-financial) for internal and external purposes
  • Handling/taking part in the fundraising process including roadshows and their preparation
  • Maintaining OKR and responsible for realigning strategy from shareholders to stakeholders
  • Maintaining financial reports for internal and external purposes such as budgeting, forecasting, and other key operational metrics
  • Helping/taking part in legal process under the IR scope and ensuring compliance against legal documentation
  • Helping Head of IR and Coprfin and/or COO in developing financial models
  • Managing weekly leadership meetings (ensuring meeting flow and agenda and identifying key actionable items)
  • Taking part in any ad-hoc projects in relation to shareholders’ direction

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Investor relations/corporate finance/working at the CEO/COO office
  • A bachelor of Business/Commerce/Law would be highly desirable
  • Previous work experience in consulting/big 4 would be highly regarded
  • Previous knowledge/background in legal and compliance would be highly regarded
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills (data-driven and detail-oriented)
  • Comfortable working with Gsuites (sheets, docs, emails) and Microsoft programs (Excel skill is a must)
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Has a strong sense of business
