JOB DESCRIPTION :

Lead license and permit effort in whole BKMS.

• Manage and monitor to ensure permit & license renewal requirement.
• Send reminder on license/ permit that needs renewal soon.
• Advise on document required for license/ permit approval.
• Follow up on license/ permit approval & renewal progress for all user.

Track & monitor all the licenses required for businesses to operate legally including Legal, Technical & Safety, Operations, etc.

• Act as central of information for all data regarding license and permit.
• Develop a comprehensive list of permit & license needed in each division and region.
• Assign accountable PIC for each permit & license and provide guidance.
• Understand new or additional license/permit require per new regulation.
• Track limit & license status incl. validity/ expiry date, renewal progress.

Provide visibility / regular update to Head GA & External Relation Department for any license & permit issues.

Proactively establish relationship and lobby external parties.

• Lead, build, maintain contact and lobby governmental and nongovernmental organizations / other relevant authorities such as legislative authorities and associations

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economy or Law with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
• At least 5 years of working experience as License & Permit
• Fast Learner, Independent, good communication & good interpersonal skill
• Willing to be placed at Gresik, East Java
