Requirements :

• Candidate at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Human Resource
• Have good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
• Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office, etc.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the labor law to always follow the regulation and updated
• Responsible with full cycle of recruitment: Sourcing, screening and interviewing, assessment/ testing, document check
• Source talents from various channels such as job portal, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals
• Maintain and update Recruitment Tracking System and other forms of reporting or record keeping with attention to detail and accuracy
• Understand Procedures of BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan such as:
• - Registration & Sign out Employees
• - Accident Report of Employees (till case closed)
• Conduct new employee orientation
• Support Performance & Rewards Specialist in HR KPI
• Oversee stock and distribution of uniform and locker for employees
• Prepare monthly report, Matrix report and submit to HR Manager / Corporate
• Support other HR Related activities in field organizational development, HR Administration
