You'll be responsible for:

• Manage all aspects of financial and transactional accounting functions including forecasts, management reporting & analysis, budgeting, treasury, tax filings, balance sheet reconciliations, etc.
• Responsible for all financial transactions, systems and procedures that comply with business regulations, group policies and accounting principles and standards.
• Overall responsible for the daily accounting operations, e.g. payables processing, invoicing to customers, bank reconciliation, inventory and recording of retail transactions, etc.
• Work with the Regional Finance team to drive process improvements in the finance function through understanding of the existing IT systems and processes and to strengthen the internal control environment.
• Analyze and forecast the business performance including the revenue, cost, P&L budget.
• Manage and control operating cash flow projection.
• Provide insightful, timely and value-added input on key financial topics.
• Report, and analyze data to get insights on performances and trends, identify areas of improvement and opportunity for growths, and recommend actions.
• Be an active member in audits exercises including statutory audits, ISO and internal audits.
• You will report directly to the Regional CFO with a matrix reporting to the country management.

Who we look for – the ideal profile:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Finance or Accounting and/or member of a professional body such as ISCA, ICAEW, ACCA, CPA or equivalent, with at least 6 years’ relevant work experience in all facets of accounting and finance.
• Possesses good business acumen and strong analytical skills including the ability to rapidly interpret, and concisely explain in a simple non-financial way.
• Prior experience with Netsuite and Hyperion and a track record of automating processes as well as experience in the Retail industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of country corporate tax laws and company regulations.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Possesses exceptional organizational skills, self-motivated and possess the ability to prioritise to get things done.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and Ecommerce environment.
