Job Descriptions :

• Ensure that all work devices (computers/laptops) that the user can use function properly and run as they should.
• Check and update all operating systems and applications used by the user.
• Ensure the proper functioning of physical security devices (CCTV, Fingerlock, etc.).
• Handle issues related to work devices (laptops/PCs) and work support devices (printers, scanners, projectors, etc.).
• Back up physical security devices, laptops, and PCs.
• Perform routine checks on working devices (laptops and PCs), work support devices, and physical security devices.

Job Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
• 2-4 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
• Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
• Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
• Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
