Job description & requirements

Lead digital marketing initiatives and strategies to maximize marketing efforts and campaigns through different digital channels. 

1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns through owned, earned, and paid media assets.
2. Report and measure digital marketing campaigns and continuously improve based on insights and key learnings.
3. Develop, plan, execute, and optimize experiments and conversion tests
4. Collaborate with related departments to create landing pages and optimize user experience
5. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Qualification needed:

• Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field

• Proven minimal 2-3 years working experience in digital marketing

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Hard and soft skills needed:

Google and Social Media Ads Creation, Data Analytics, SEO/SEM optimization, Social Media Skill, UI&UX flow , Digital Marketing Tools / Software, English Correspondence, Time management skills, Problem solving skills, Competitors screening
