Lowongan Senior Associate Product Designer di PT Polinasi Iddea Investama

Job description & requirements

Halodoc is looking for a product designer to help us grow our Pharmacy Delivery platform! Were a fun, fast-paced, collaborative team helping users across Indonesia get end-to-end digital health care services. 

- Collaborate daily with a diverse set of specialists, including product designers, product managers, product analysts, business stakeholders and end users to build a great healthcare experience.

- Work with other project stakeholders to deliver the information architecture, user journey map and wireframe flow for new production projects.

- Participate in user research and testing activities.

- Turn data from market, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user experience research into user insights.

Day to day activities:

Working directly on design systems, with a focus on front-end interface design, from paper sketches and mood boards to screens and UI components

Contribute to the design system, including component libraries, documentation, and education.

Create contemporary component user interface libraries with prototyping tools.

Practice and embrace hands-on design collaborations together with design and engineering team members, and negotiate and validate against UX success metrics.

Establish a strong relationship with your product manager on running user research, product discovery, and validation to synergize design and product strategy.

Apply an understanding of technical engineering constraints and design guidelines where needed.

Iterate on existing designs, and manage the tail end of the design lifecycle, QA, and developer handoff

Requirements:

- 3-5 years in a product design or UI/UX role. Bonus if you've designed for health care or e-commerce before.

- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent eye for detail, aesthetic design, and customer appeal.

- Ability to craft strong design presentations and storytelling by keeping our users in mind.
