Lowongan Senior Engineer Process Integration di PT Infineon Technologies Batam

In this role, you are responsible for Process improvement and sustaining in terms of yield, quality, and productivity. And also collaborate with project management for Ratio, cost-saving projects.

In your new role you will:

• New Product Introduction and handshake with the development team, work with project management to enabling smooth production ramp up for EOL processes.
• Responsible / support volume capacity increase, product transfer and qualification of products within plant.
• Process characterization, improvements and work with Equipment Engineers to improve productivity.
• Drive quality/cost savings projects.
• Mature handover to production (incl. support of training, knowledge transfer, safe launch, documentation, FMEA, etc.)
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering).
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on experience with the Trim Form, Laser marking machine (Fico, ASM, Hammi), and Package Singulation machine (Disco).
• Knowledgeable in process characterization, process controls/FMEA, and familiar with systematic problem-solving/ analysis tools.
• Capable of interpreting technical drawings, design requirements know-how, and working with OEM to improve process performance.
• Independent & strong leadership in driving improvement (Cost, quality, yield).
• Ability to consistently complete assigned tasks while attending to multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
