Job description & requirements

Responsibilities:
- Conduct and prepare comprehensive financial analysis, including revenue and cost analysis, profitability assessments, variance analysis, and trend identification, as well as presenting accurate dashboards and materials to stakeholders
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with STO to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts
- Monitor budget execution, track performance against targets, and provide regular updates and insights to Halodoc’s management.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives by providing financial insights, evaluating business cases, and conducting financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Build and manage positive relationships between Finance Accounting & Support team and STO / Functions to understand their financial needs, to monitor the achievement against target and to play proactive roles as Finance business partner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Business Partner, Budget Planner, Financial Analyst, or similar role for min 5 yrs
- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize complex financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and financial analysis methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry dynamics and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and influence decision-making processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be placed in Halodoc Head Office (Setiabudi, South Jakarta)
