Qiscus is an omnichannel conversational platform which helps businesses embrace the new expectations of excellent Customer Experience (CX) through the ability to engage in timely conversations at scale. Our Employer Brand Designer intern will assist in leveling up our employer branding as well as contribute to visual activities in the employer branding of the company. We are looking for a person who interests in branding and is highly passionate in design and adept in creative fields. Are you the one we are looking for? Responsibilities:

• Working closely with People Team to do brainstorming/ideation
• Conceptualizing visuals and creating images based on requirements
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Develop employer branding content through social media platforms and other channels
• Take on assignments from conception to final production, ensuring that deadlines are met

Requirement:

• Fresh graduates or at least 3rd year undergraduates
• Have a deep interest in employer branding and the tech startup industry also enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a strong graphic design portfolio, including social media design, print design, illustration and icon design
• Able to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Willing to listen well, process feedback, and explain the design
• Familiar with design software (e.g. Canva, Figma, Photoshop, etc) and video editing software
