Job Descriptions:

• Give precise and relevant legal advice to management for all company activities and plans.
• Collaborate with the management to create legal strategy aspects on company activities and plans.
• Research and evaluate risk factors on a company's business decision and operation.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties. (customer, vendor, regulator, and partner).
• Plan, evaluate, and complete all legal documents related to company activities.
• Manage all the things related to the deals with every party involved in company plans and activities.
• Handle approval and permissions needed in the company's plans and activities.
• Provide clarification on legal texts and terms if needed by every employee.
• Keep oneself updated on knowledge related to relevant regulations and laws on company’s plans and activities.
  

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree In Law.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position/similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of the current industries standards
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work with minimum supervision
