Account Executive

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, consultations, and relationship-building, while aligning with the Marketing Department's strategies.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' HRIS requirements, challenges, and goals, ensuring alignment with the HRIS product's capabilities and marketing messaging.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to tailor product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the HRIS solution's unique features, addressing clients' needs and differentiating from competitors.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on the product's benefits, technical aspects, and implementation strategies, working closely with the Technical Support Specialist for technical inquiries.
• Negotiate and close deals in collaboration with the Product Manager, considering competitive offerings and pricing strategies while ensuring alignment with clients expectations.
• Liaise between clients and the Development Team, ensuring clear communication of clients' requirements, feedback, and support needs.

Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or any related fields.
• Having a minimum of 1-2 years as a Business Development or related working experience.
• Prior experience in handling complex IT sales process from initiation to close.
• Proven sales track record and strong background in IT application solutions selling, government sector, channel sales management.
