Qualification :

1. At least Bachelor's degree in any major
2. Minimum 2 years experience in the same position with similiar industry
3. Good communication skills in English
4. Good presentation and negotiation skills
5. Maintain a positive attitude, initiative and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
6. Able to exercise good judgement and take initiatives
7. Understanding on the industries, customers and distribution channel/distribution management
8. Willing to travel frequently
9. Willing to working independently
10. Resides in Jabodetabek

Job Description

1. Responsible for the sales and marketing activity for deli tools product
2. Achieving established goals
3. Support distribution channels to achieve sales growth
4. Provide pre & post sales support to local partners (lead, contact, join visit, complaints, etc)
5. Manage partner commitments, including sales forecast and payment collection
6. To gain market information and undertake market studies and communicate it with Sales Manager
7. Superior product knowledge
8. Laise with ordering team
9. Regular and periodic travelling might be required
