Job and Responsibilities :
- Checking Daily Reports (tracker report, tracker report consolidation, etc.).
- Perform daily transaction authorisation (BI reverse clearing).
- Checking Commercial Bank Daily Reports (LHBU) submitted to OJK.
- Checking the Liquidity Report to be submitted to OJK weekly and monthly.
- Checking Commercial Bank Periodic Reports (LBBU) to be submitted to OJK monthly.
- Prepare monthly Consolidated Financial Statements.
- Prepare working papers for LBU KPO and sub-branches under it to be reported to OJK monthly.
- Preparing LBU to consolidate for all branches and credit divisions for admin, IB, and treasury to be reported to OJK.
- Recap and prepare reports on securities (Bonds, SBI, Fasbi, SDBI)
- Prepare inter-office account calculations (inter-office account).
- Prepare data on corporate tax calculations (Corporate Taxes), deposit and report them to the Directorate General of Taxes (Tax Service Office) annually.
- Prepare banks to have deducted deposit interest taxes such as demand deposits, savings, vendors and deposits (With Holding Tax) to deposit and report them to the Directorate General of Taxes (Tax Service Office).
- Provide data and information as well as assist the audit of the tax office.
- Provide data and information and assist auditors from Public Accountants and Bank Indonesia.
- Record the assets owned by the bank and ensure the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets and monthly bank inventory.
- Ensure the continuity of archive storage and other financial documents.
- Carry out tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Major
- Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance Reporting in the banking industry and other related fields
- Have high accuracy and precision
- Have good time management.
- Good basic knowledge of financial accounting and banking regulations
- Have Risk Management certification level 1
- Able to speak English both orally and in writing well
