Responsibilities

• Recruit and build connections for activation.
• Maintain good relationships with partners and clients to meet Partner transaction targets.
• Achieve the GP targets determined by management.
• Design strategies to achieve partner recruitment targets, partner transactions and GP targets

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree from any major.
• Minimum working experience 2-4 years in General Insurance, as Sales / Telemarketing and or Desk Collectionm
• Having good communication and good time managemement skills.
• Previous experience in Insurance, Insurtech, or Insurance Broker preferable.
• Available to fully do work from office.
• Willing to do extra mile and working of weekend (if needed)
