Lowongan Process Engineer di PT Paradise Perkasa

Responsibilities:

• Manage Availabitilty of tool required for each process according to on hand order;
• Manage and perform solving problem for each process obstacle (ex : programming CNC machine);
• Review the facility capability us order inquiry;
• Identify and record tool required for each machine;
• Create MRS for purchase tool that are not available or consumed;
• Provide drawing for each product that customer ask;
• Daily review production result us obstacle / problem happen during process (i.e : problem related with tool).

Qualification :

• Minimum 5 (two) years of work experience as a Process Engineer in Industrial Piping and Valves Manufacturing;
• Bachelor degree in Metallurgy, Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical engineer;
• Have the ability to manage tooling required for product, review process ability for each order, create CNC program for new product and design for process improvement;
• Understanding of various international standards relating to valves preferred E.g API 6A, API 6D, API 600, API 598, API 607, ASME B16.34, ANSI B16.5 is a plus;
• Experience with castings, forgings and machining operations;
• Able to adapt to constantly changing work assignments and fast-paced work environment;
• Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production;
• Must be available for all shifts, extended hours and weekends as needed;10. Strong problem solving skills and logical approach;
• Have good analytical thinking, open mind and have excellent communication skills;
