DOCTOR EDUCATION MANAGER (DOKTER)

Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Doctor Education Manager to train member from a basic to advanced level and support them where needed. To work with the team where needed to update current courses and introduce new techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Doctor focus on providing excellent patient experience, the doctor will provide treatment and recommendations to our patients
• More preferable Experience in Multi Level Marketing Industry
• To provide professional consultation and advice on medical services based on patient’s needs
• Responsible for handling of patient enquires
• Able to provide medical advice related to company product and services
• Review patient’s progress with a treatment plan
• Able to develop business strategies marketing to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Fun, creative and open minded person
• Have Integrity, Sincere, Communication Public and Customer Service Orientation Competency
• Willingness to travels around Indonesia for give training and developing the market

Requirements:

• Medical Degree from reputable universities
• Minimum 3 years in the same industry
• High level of verbal and non-verbal English proficiency – to the level of being able to participate in overseas conference call
• Good interpersonal skills and positive personality
• Willing to traveling for business trip on weekday and weekend
• Friendly, patient and fun character would make the job more enjoyable.
