Lowongan Operation (Production) Manager di PT Ainul Hayat Sejahtera

Requirements:

1. Familiar with utility, machine and production management,
2. Have leadership, good analysis, decision making, manpower skills, quick response and dynamic
3. Preferably having experience in Crystallizer systems or SWRO systems, Rotating equipments, Static equipments, Control Systems, Electrical Equipment MV, Electrical Equipment LV, Electrical Equipment DC and facilities building
4. Understanding in Automation system
5. Have a minimum of 5 years work experience in the same field in the Crystallizer or SWRO system, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing teams with different disciplines and backgrounds
6. Having experience in setting weekly, monthly and yearly operational costs
7. Accustomed to having production targets determined by the client
8. Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, etc)
9. Able to understand engineering drawings, including ME/ EL/ I&C drawings
10. Able to work in a team
11. Have high standards in terms of cleanliness and tidiness of the work site
12. Have good skills in English both reading, writing and speaking

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Develop operational plan of tools/machinery and production plan in accordance with the company's targets in an effective and efficient manner
2. Develop plans for the use of consumables, electricity, chemicals, etc. in accordance with production targets by taking into account the effectiveness and efficiency of operational costs
3. Responsible for achieving production targets
4. Coordinate with other divisions to create good synergy
5. Conduct planning and monitoring of material use (optimization & suppression of waste), machine usage, other work tools (output/productivity and maintenance side)
6. Monitor and review the effectiveness of the use of the number of machines and the number of manpower, based on the production schedule from the PPIC
7. Arrange weekly, monthly and annual coordination meetings with other divisions
8. Prepare weekly, monthly, semester and annual reports
9. Develop and periodically review Procedures and Operational Work Instructions with reference to the Equipment/Machine Manual Book and K3
10. Ensure the team to comply with procedures, work instructions and other regulations set by the company
11. Ensure the implementation of the 5S work system and management system, and SMK3, as well as ISO
12. review the implementation of the use of manpower, materials, machines, and methods
