Operation Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated with product development initiatives.
• Identifies technical and process improvement opportunities and socializes/advocates to get them implemented.
• Work closely with the Product Department, Business Development Department, and other departments.
• Monitoring CS and Telemarketing

Requirement: 

• Proactive, command good communication skills and logical analysis skills.
• Age maximum 35 years
• Having experience minimum of years in Fintech / Bank / Finance Industry
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/Master’s Degree in related fields
• Communicative and able to work as a team
• Analytical thinking & understand the d main details that is required to solve duties and specific problems
• Good proficiency in Mandarin & Engli, sh both oral & written
• CV in English & Mandarin
