Lowongan E-COMMERCE ACCOUNT MANAGER di PT Sinergi Digital Pusaka

• Develop and grow the E-commerce marketplace business
• Build strong communication and relationship with clients & ecommerce service provider business (RM, buyer, etc)
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Develop and ensure forecast product based on target and healthy stock covers.
• Build up and lead a team over time as business grows
• Ensure all clients and channels are successfully on-boarded on time and deliver KPI on track
• Coordination with finance, supply chain and operations team solving ad-hoc problems
• Data reporting and analysis including competitor benchmarking

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as key account manager or similar role with minimum 2 years.
• Experienced in handling various E-commerce or platforms.
• Strong knowledge of latest ecommerce technologies and developments.
• Data-driven, and a create problem solver.
• The ability to interact effectively with different stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
• Have good analytical thinking skills.
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
• Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes.
• Minimum S1 graduate.
• 27 - 35 years old
