Job Responsibility :

1. Manage Integrated Working system ISO 9001 : 2015 and all customer requirement
2. Align with related parties and activities to incorporated into the IMS
3. Manage Pest Control Management
4. Build coworkers capability in QA to meet and beyond internal QA requirement
5. Handling customer complain, also manage the mitigation to determined root cause analysist
6. Accommodate the customer management system requirement
7. Quality KPI Monitoring

Job Specification and Requirement :

1. Bachelor / Master Degree Industrial or science is a must, other field study will be consider
2. Possess good process management, priority setting, structured and systematic approach.
3. Have good learning agility, standing alone and drive for result.
4. Very good analytical thinking and problem solving.
5.  Understand and experienced in QMS ISO 9001 implementation, and other management systems are preferred
6. Understand customer - supplier partnership and its development.
7. Understand QA modern tools and approach.
8. Know manufacturing system, its principles and the recent initiatives.
