Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the daily operation activities of our company's service to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily tasks of operation staff.

• Help to manage solving issues faced by vessels at the ports.

• Giving instruction and train operation staff to work according to company's standard.

• Address any inconsistencies or lacking of good working attitude in office.

• Develop an environment that encourages open and positive team communication by setting expectations, and communicating company goals or objectives
