About the role

The Site Supply Planner ensures the availability of the right product in the right quantity at the right time by collaborating with all functions on site and in the region to prepare and achieve the supply plan. The supply planner also provides visibility on stock availability and supply constraints, risks including inventory management.

Key responsibilities include

Master Production Scheduling (supply planning)

·      Determine the net monthly requirements for the next 3 months based on contract demand and call-offs and available FG, RM inventory, and provide input for the site scheduler for the detail weekly, daily production plan.

·      Ensure all supply chain units (warehouse, shipping) are fully aware of the production status, and all work planning and execution are integrated and communicated.

·      Resolves problems expeditiously to ensure customer requirements are met.

·      Escalates unresolved issues to regional SC team

Material Requirements Planning

·      Schedules expedite and coordinate the delivery of all raw and packaging materials, including inter-company transfers

·      Maintains inventory above safety stock level at all times

Daily tracking and monitoring

·      Monitoring the daily production and QA stock releases

·      Maintaining accurate loading date in the shipping system

·      Keeping track of priority orders and shipments

Monitors, analyzes & reports performance utilizing information derived from each supply chain units

·      Work closely with all the supply chain units to meet the shipping dates according to sales forecast or

·      customer requirements.

·      Constantly monitoring and analyzing the production output to meet changing customer demand and aligned with business goals

Define and ensure stock targets (Inventory overview, Stock level, Qualitative aspect, Coverage, stock parameters)

Facilitate and drive system driven planning in the site

About you

·      Diploma/Degree in any technical discipline &/or post graduation in supply chain/operation

·      5+ years experience in supply chain running collaborative planning, forecasting and order fulfillment processes.

·      Working experience in SAP/Oracle and APO is an advantage.

·      Attention to details and ability to dealing with data by spreadsheet.

·      Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.

·      Good communication skill
