Lowongan Principal Web Frontend Engineer di PT Julo Teknologi Finansial

We are looking for

• a Principal Web Frontend Software Engineer with CAN-DO attitude to improve and escalate stability and scalability of large-scale frontend apps to drive JULO financial products ready for nationwide scale.

• Lead technical projects end-to-end: planning, establishing process, tracking, breakdown of tasks, technical design, POC, RCA analysis, getting tech proposals approved, requesting engineers to help, socializing, implementation, testing, ensuring monitoring in-place, and documenting.
• Analyze and systematically approach complicated bugs reported and absorb complex domain knowledge quickly, always coming up with practical short term fixes and long term solutions that few engineers can to improve critical systems.
• Include security, maintainability, reusability, and testability when developing software solutions and code reviewing.
• Factor browser and OS system internals of mobile devices, data storage & caching, computing resources, software configurations in the produced software architecture.
• Not a tech lead with members, but inspire other engineers by solving complex technical problems, applying and tailoring software development concepts and best practices in your code.
• Work closely with other JULO engineers, products, product designers, and operations.

• Practical problem solver, highly analytical, great team player, have excellent work ethic, and have strong belief in gradual small improvements.
• Can communicate clearly, timely, and professionally with solid English.
• Highly skilled in all kinds of development tools that bring source code in a text file to running code in production.: Git, Git hooks, unit test frameworks, CI tools like CircleCI, and development hosting tool like Vercel
• Expert in:
• Developing UI layouts using web slicing using HTML5 and barebone CSS
• Developing UI layouts using web framework UI component libraries
• Javascript/Typescript for data heavy web frontend development
• Hands-on experience working with REST API and any collaboration tool for API development.
• Highly skilled in developing, troubleshooting, and extending Javascript/Typescript and CSS frameworks like React.js, Bootstrap, Node.js and their tools.
• Highly skilled in responsive web design particularly for low-end mobile devices, emails, and complex back office applications.
• Highly skilled in analyzing performance data and troubleshooting errors in multiple modern browsers using built-in browser developer tools, web-based tools, or browser extensions.
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and improving both client-side and server-side rendering web UI.
• Highly skilled in working on Linux-based/Android based OS and open source IDE.
• Experience in agile development processes and project planning applications such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace apps.
• 7 plus years of experience building web apps for mobile devices with prior experience in other software web development areas.
