Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Network Infrastucture.
• Install and configure software and computer systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
• Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
• Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.
• Providing IT services to all end-user.
• Providing hardware, software, and system needed to all function
• Checking, controlling & evaluating any troubleshoots (hardware, software, & network) for all business units.
• Making policy and plan for company's database management
• Making sure office network stable and secure.
• Developing & improving of the IT system and infrastructure to all business units.
• Desktop/Laptop remote troubleshooting skills.

Job Requirements:

• Good to have basic Knowledge on Network area: Network monitoring (LAN and WAN devices monitoring, solving on network problems (good to have)
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Computer, Information & Technology.
• At least 2-3 Years of working experience in IT Support/Helpdesk/Network
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Understand computer hardware components and be able to assemble them.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
• Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
• Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
