Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of Samara Lombok Landscape development, from the conception stage till the execution and maintenance
• Supervise & monitor all landscaping activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies, style of landscaping & coordination with teams
• Select plants, trees, shrubs adapting to the project design & location (softscape & hardscape)
• Maintain an inventory of all landscape related records, maintenance, work schedules
• Responsible for plant nursery development, maintenance, plantation schemes, selection of plants.
• Water management and organic fertilizers management.

Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor Architecture in Landscape with 3 years of relevant experience
• Technical knowledge about landscaping. (Hardscape / Softscape)
• Knowledge of master planning, landscaping, working on drawings, cost planning design management
• Flexibility and a positive mindset is key for this position
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Targeted driven, hands, a “make it happen” mentality
• A team player with outstanding people management skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and oral, is a must
• Computer / technical skills in Google-SKETCHUP; AUTO-CAD; Microsoft-office;
