Job Descriptions:

• Maintain responsibility for all aspects of each assignment including design, production, hand-off to content specialists and project management
• Provide custom graphics, profile logos, banner images, video/motion graphics, gifs, infographics, template creation, social media ads, image filters and campaign related collateral. Select the appropriate production method for each project based on the scope and/or budget provided
• Initiate concepts with team members and works independently and/or with Director, Graphic Design.
• Design PSD templates for use by social team members.
• Design and basic animation of digital assets with After Effects.

Design Skills:

• Knowledge and understanding of design concepts and techniques, as well as brand worlds and systems.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Ability to read data and convert into clear infographics
• Knowledge of HTML 5 animations is a plus
• Ability to bring concepts to life
• Experience in basic art-directions, campaign strategy and design, video and motion graphics

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication Design and/or equivalent
• Have 1-2 years experience in the same field is preferable
• Team player and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to multi task and work with deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills: Good communication, both written and verbal
• High commitment to quality work product, organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
