Lowongan Online Sales Manager (Skin Care Brand) di PT Inovasi Teknologi Untung Berkah

Job Description :

• Responsible to create clear plan on how to achieve sales target
• Develop, maintain, and optimize of sales channels (Marketplace, Tiktokshop, Reseller, Retails, LMT, MT)
• Drive selling-out, ensure sustainable sales growth of the e-commerce channel by continuously optimizing the e-fundamentals, including Promo Activation, Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising and Pricing.
• Formulates, manages, and executes the annual sales strategy and plan
• Drive Traffic from Outside & inside Platform and optimize ROAS per campaign.
• Strategic partnership development and relationship management – managing accounts within digital channel and develop relationship with prospective E-commerce Partner
• Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plan 
• Sales Analytics and optimization – work closely with Marketing on each promo activation

Qualification :

• Minimal 3 years of proven track record in the area of Online sales (e-KAM, KAM, Channel Development, or category manager) preferably in FMCG and ecommerce platform
• Knows and understands the digital consumer & shopper journey, the key touch points and actors in the digital landscape and their drivers.
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing and/or sales, e.g. analytics, digital media, online marketing, e-trade, online sales, end-to-end digital channel.
• Having interest in Skin Care and Personal Care industry
• Good command of English & Bahasa Indonesia.
