About Role:

Job Descriptions:

• Provide 1st level support to any Incident and Service Request
• Analyze Priority and Severity of each ticket. Liaise with higher level support (e.g. PM, QA, R&D) and follow through till the closure of the ticket
• Ensure proper closure to each ticket. Ensure SLA to respond and SLA to resolve is met, to minimize disruption to the business
• Met SLA target for both incident and service request. Develop understanding on certain domain areas to allow proper handling for each ticket

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Preference industry is from ex startup company.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, listening, and writing) is a must
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a day-to-day operations model
• Proficient in using product management tools, e.g. Confluence, Jira, JIRA Service Desk, etc.
