Lowongan School Counselor di PT Pam Nasa Sejahtera

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic School Counselor to join our team. The School Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling and support services to our students, helping them navigate personal, academic, and social challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students
• Develop and implement programs to promote mental health and wellbeing
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records
• Attend meetings and workshops to enhance counseling skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a school counselor
• Excellent communication in English & Indonesian, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
