Mister Loo is an international start-up company headquartered in Switzerland building and operating an innovative toilet concept with clean public restrooms and state-of-the-art modular refreshing facilities in Southeast Asia (“SEA”). Following its successful growth story in Thailand, Mister Loo has conducted the market entrance to Indonesia in 2020 and is building up a sizable team.

Thus, with a workplace in South Jakarta, we are looking for a highly motivated 

           Senior Accountant

To manage Mister Loo's ongoing day-to-day accounting transactions and procedures in Indonesia.

You will be reporting directly to the Country Head and Co-founders of Mister Loo.

Requirements:

● 10+ years of working experience in AR/AP Transactions record, Bank Reconciliation, and Billing

● Profound accounting and fundamental tax knowledge are required

● Relevant knowledge of payroll principles

● Analytically minded, logical, and highly organized with an accurate work style

● Proficient in English is a must (spoken and written)

● Skills: Microsoft Office, relevant accounting software

● Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university

● Work experience with a start-up company as an advantage

Responsibilities:

● Day-to-day financial and accounting operations, collect, analyze, and summarize accounting information (transaction overview, revenue report) and documentation

● Filling accounting and financial documents on time and conducting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end, including reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles

● Prepare and verify staff expenses claims

● Reporting to the Country Head and Co-founders in all matters of importance
