Responsibilities:

• To be assigned as Pre-Sales Engineer for deals involving Network Technologies.
• Handle following deals;

A) Network (Router, Switch, Wireless LAN Access Point, Cabling, etc)

B) Security (NAC, Firewall, etc)

C) SASE (SDWAN, CASB, SWG)

D) Unified Collaboration / Telephony

• Having meeting with customer to understand customer business challenges and clarify customer requirement including Non-functional requirement
• Collaborate with Partner/Distributor and complete to create quotation and proposal
• Having meeting with customer and explain our proposal and try to get PO
• Developing sales materials such as proposal document, product introduction document
• Providing technical support and consultation to Account Executive
• Assisting Sales staff in the process of creating quotation
• Responding to Requests for Information (RFI) or Proposal (RFP), both written and in presentation form

• Familiar with network technologies from leading vendors, like Cisco, Juniper, Ruckus, and others. Associate / Professional level certification will be a plus (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, etc)
• Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
• Critical analytical thinking and a great level of curiosity.
• Logical thinking to find the hidden opportunities of the business processes.
• Presentation skills, structured problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint)
• Proactive, self-controlling tasks, teamwork
• Follow the company rule and direction from superior

Nice to Have

Having some of following Experience as Implementation Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer, preferably having experience of following SASE, Server, and Other’s product, and project.
